Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly

Be punctual, always arriving as scheduled and ready for work.

Must be able to reliably commute to/from work location.

Experience:
- Familiarity with computerized appointment scheduling systems is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
