Front Desk Receptionist - Weekends

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File and organize documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe notes and memos as needed

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing exceptional customer support. Experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred.
