DESCRIPTION

The responsibilities of this position include:
- Answer phones and greet and assist walk-in clients.
- Shop for and order office supplies.
- Clean employee common areas. Keep kitchen and bathrooms stocked with supplies. Ensure that the office is tidy, presentable, and professional looking.
- Request contracts from Contract administrator and send to clients. Responsible for ensuring contract execution.
- Schedule routine car maintenance. Wash and clean cars weekly.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and conference calls.
- Create spreadsheets, document templates, and memos as requested.
- Organize and coordinate monthly office events.
- Make coffee and coordinate catered meals as needed.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Display excellent communications skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Other duties as assigned by coworkers and personnel in other offices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This is an entry level position and no prior experience is required or preferred. Canidates should have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to operate various office equipment such as personal computer, copier, fax, and telephone systems. Ability to photocopy, collate, file, and sort documents. Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.

- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers (i.e. keyboarding, data entry).
- Must be able to see and hear in order to gather and input information; respond to face-to-face and telephone inquiries.
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work in low light conditions, with desk lamps instead of overhead lights.
- Ability to walk throughout a warehouse floor following our internal safety guidelines.
