Front Desk Receptionist/ Pt Technician

Front desk duties:

• Answering the phones
• Scheduling
• Verifying insurances
• Record meeting notes
• Be familiar of working a computer
• Be familiar with navigating Microsoft products (excel, word, etc.)
• Anything else the office manager needs

PT Tech duties:

• Help therapists with patients
• Keep up with laundry
• Make sure rooms are cleaned and filled with linens
• Work with patients with exercises
• Clean machines after each use
• Stay on top of inventory
• Ordering things needed for clinic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Medical specialties:

• Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
