Answer multiple lines with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to collect customer information and input customer information following an intake, format, familiarity with Volusia/Flagler County areas.
Proficient typing and computer skills with excel word and Microsoft knowledge. Data entry and familiarity with Microsoft office.
Ability to learn new software.
General office duties.
Provide office support and work well with others.
Familiar with HVAC or other mechanical trades is a plus.
House Call Pro experience or other dispatching software is a plus.
DFWP, EOE, References required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
