Greeting patients , ascertain purpose of visit , and direct them to appropriate staff.
Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff by using our internal messaging system.
Schedule and confirm patients and check insurance eligibility.
Organize desk and keep the inventory of the office supplies.
Charge patients for any payments due.
Operate office equipment such as messaging systems , use word processing and excel to prepare reports ,invoices, financial statements, letters and learn to use our electronic medical records system
Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
