- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and familiarity with medical office terminology is a plus
