Description:
We are looking for a responsible Receptionist to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal setting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
LEGAL RECEPTIONIST SKILLS
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Experience with managing a phone
- Ability to communicate and deal with law firm partners and all levels of personnel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and under pressure.
LEGAL RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS
- Legal Background is a plus
- Bilingual - Spanish & English - Important
- Must have minimum 1 years of experience in the legal field.
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full time - 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday - In person
Location: Miami | Fort Lauderdale
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct incoming calls and messages.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Prepare and host conference rooms for meetings/depositions/mediations, etc.
- Clean and maintain conference rooms and visiting attorney offices.
- Save files in to the system
- Prepare labels for binders
- Look up for cases
- Call businesses to request W-9 forms to process invoices.
- Order and pickup lunch if necessary.
