Front Desk Receptionist

PRO Rehabilitation Services, Northeastern and Central PA's leading provider of outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy Services, seeks a full time Front Desk Receptionist for our West Hazleton clinic. Hours will vary between 7:30AM and 6:00PM on Monday thru Thursday and 8:00AM to 1:00PM on Friday. Experience in customer service or Front Desk Receptionist work is required.

Responsibilities include activities such as greeting and scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays, faxing and filing, etc. The Front Desk person may also provide assistance to the Therapists in the care of their patients, and may be required to cover the Front Desk in other PRO Rehab clinics when needed. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Front Desk or Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)

• West Hazleton, PA 18202: Relocate before starting work (Required)
