Front Desk Receptionist (Medical Office)

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST (PRIVATE PRACTICE) IMMEDIATE OPENING.
(Woburn, MA)

Job Duties Include:

* Answering phones and triaging calls to appropriate staff or extensions.

* Checking patients in and out, collecting patient copays and balances, scheduling follow-ups, new patients, and procedures, MRI authorizations, Medical Records, Bizcom.

* Must possess a calm demeanor and an ability to adapt to change. Along with multi-tasking.

* Required attendance for weekly and monthly meetings.

* Reliable transportation is a must.

This position requires: computer skills, dependability; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be a team player; able to take direction.

Availability is Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Experience with Epic is a plus but we will train if needed. Salary commensurate with experience. Please submit a resume and cover letter with salary requirements. Competitive benefits available.
