Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist/Business Office Assistant:
- High school Diploma
- Receptionist experience is preferred.
Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist/Business Office Assistant:
- Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines
- Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
- Assist with necessary testing of visitors
- Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms
- Organizing and distributing mail throughout the facility.
- Assist with scheduling resident transportation to/from appointments.
- Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
