Front Desk Receptionist Dental Office

We are a “family-owned” and “patient-centered” General & Pediatric Dental Practice searching for the right individual to join our team! We are looking for someone who is excited to play a fundamental role in contributing to the practice. We believe that the success of our practice is only as good as the happiness of its team members & we are very responsive/supportive to our team.

You will wear many hats, as your position will be a combination of a traditional Front Desk Receptionist, as well as a patient advocate--a liaison between the patient and the dentists, improving communication and patient satisfaction. You must LOVE working with people and get satisfaction from delivering great customer service. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will create connections with them as they become established patients. Experience in dental, insurance verification, and customer service is a plus and computer skills are a must, but MOST IMPORTANTLY we looking for the RIGHT personality who reflects the vibe of our practice and we are willing to train an eager learner. SCHEDULE:

M,Tu,Th: 8:30-5pm & Wed, Fri 8:30-2:30pm. Can start PT/FT, Need FT by July 2024

· Fluent in English language. Spanish language skills are a plus!

· Ability to learn practice management software. We will be using Curve (training included) and Google Workspace.

· Must be qualified candidate after a background and credit check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
