Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Transcribe and type documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- File, organize, and maintain records and documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Proficient in transcribing and typing documents accurately
- Knowledge of event planning principles and practices
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and document management
- Ability to file documents accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
Experience: • Spanish (Required) • Dental office (Required) • Computer skills (Preferred)
Certifications
CRP, Osha, Hippa
