Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
