We are looking for an experienced receptionist for our Front Desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact with our guests. Our Receptionist’s duties include welcoming and greeting guests and coordinating all front-desk activities, including answering phone lines and making reservations.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, be able to deal with various types of personalities and manage guests expectations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at our salon.
- Direct guests to the appropriate service provider while managing appointment times.
- Answer incoming phone calls and complete reservation requests.
- Ensure reception and coffee bar areas are tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive deliveries and display retail on shelves.
- Maintain and manage weekly inventory count as needed.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
