Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients, Processing Payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information
- Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information or assistance
- Having extensive customer service experience and sales is a plus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area and common areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of derm procedures and terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with Skin care products, Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, and Aerolase Laser Treatments is aplus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
