About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Bubble Ball Referees/Field Attendants. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Bubble Ball games, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all participants.
Responsibilities:
- Referee Bubble Ball games, enforcing game rules and ensuring fair play.
- Monitor player safety and intervene to prevent injuries.
- Set up and break down Bubble Ball equipment before and after games.
- Maintain a clean and safe playing field.
- Assist participants in entering and exiting Bubble Balls.
- Provide excellent customer service to participants and spectators.
- May answer questions about Bubble Ball rules and gameplay.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary, but a passion for sports and recreation is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
- Must be able to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent time management.
