Front Desk Receptionist

Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct clients to their designated area
- Provide information to clients and callers regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and processing payments
- Upsell retail products and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Booker
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
