Front Desk Associate/Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. Responsibilities:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Ensure that insurance information is entered into system correctly and timely

- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately

- Handle patient requests and inquiries efficiently

- Assist with a variety of clerical duties

- Process patient payments and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction

-Be able to navigate efficiently through our electronic medical record

-Schedule patient appointments

Experience:

- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role in a healthcare setting preferred

- Familiarity with phone systems and electronic medical records

- Strong patient relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.36 - $18.20 per hour
