SalaryA condo high-rise building in North Bethesda is looking for a overnight receptionist for the front desk. We need a part-time employee for Tuesdays and Saturdays 10:30pm until 6:30am. We also need someone to fill in shifts when staff calls out.
Must be personable, friendly, reliable, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with computers required.
Primary responsibilities include:
Answering the phones
Answering resident questions
Signing in contractors and visitors
Buzzing in guests and contractors
Logging in packages
Giving out parking passes to guests
Enforcing condo rules
Monitoring the scheduling of deliveries, realtors, move in/move out
Keeping the Board and management informed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
