Responsibilities
- Dental Assisting/Front Desk
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Verify and inform patient about insurance and copay information
- Collect payments and place claims with insurance companies
- Welcome patient upon their arrival and make follow up phone calls
- Become familiar with dental procedures to lend a hand when needed
- Maintain records and make marketing calls
Skills
- No Experience Required
- Proficient in MS Office
- Friendly and professional language and mannerism
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
