Frost Lawis looking for a highly personable individual who is passionate about creating a positive customer service experience andwilling to assist other administrative positionsat a busy, growing law firm in Annapolis. Receptionists are the first impression of Frost Law for many incoming clients and the face of the firm.
Excellent client service, a professional demeanor, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask are all essential. The ideal applicant is determined and organized, with a strong background in customer service.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, screening, and directing them to the correct department and/or professional.
- Taking detailed and accurate messages and emailing them out.
- Receiving faxes and uploads, saving to the client file, and communicating with the appropriate attorney.
- Greeting clients and visitors. Notify personnel of visitor arrival.
- Restocking the beverage bar area and keeping it clean.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Wipe down conference room tables and tidy up.
- Accepting packages and client document deliveries and logging them on the Chain of Custody.
- Notifying tenants of deliveries.
- Scanning and distributing documents.
Hours:
- Expected 25-29hrs / Office open Mon-Fri
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Administrative or Reception: 1 year (Preferred)
