Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- File and maintain records and documents
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer support
- Maintain an organized and clean Front Desk area

- Verify dental insurance benefits

- insurance billing, etc.

Skills:
- Experience working as a clerk or receptionist preferred

- Spanish Speaker
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
- Ability to handle filing and document organization efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly Front Desk area
- Customer support experience is a plus

-Eaglesoft Software knowledge preferred
