Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Manager/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our spa, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have experience in spa or salon reception, strong administrative skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain guest records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure efficient guest flow
- Manage spa supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information
-Finding create ways ways to promote spa, online marketing, creating events, managing memberships, and advertising promotions
-Experience with deescalating and problem solving
Other duties include laundry, stocking lockers with robes, sweeping, and ensuring the spa is kept neat.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist is required
- Proficient in using salon and spa scheduling software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
