The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budgets, closing processes, conducting internal audits, processing ACH, and wire transactions. Additionally, will be required to reconcile bank accounts, maintain accounts payable documentation, along with performing journal entries in NetSuite for the bank account reconciliations. This person will be assisting the accounting manager as needed and responding to information requests by management and for inventory control, and financial audit purposes.

• Responsible for utility accounts for retail stores.
• Multiple accounts payable duties.
• Sales tax responsibilities.
• Rental property functions.
• Property and provider tax functions.
• SIG-IS responsibilities.
• Required to travel for Store Inventories.
• All other duties as assigned.
