SalaryKids First Pediatric Dentistry is an established Private Practice located in both Elgin, IL & Schaumburg, IL. We are looking for outgoing and responsible individuals to join our team! Must be organized, reliable and willing to learn/work. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30AM - 5PM, Friday and Saturday 7:30AM - 2PM.
**Compensation negotiable based on experience**
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Greeting patients with a smile
- Email communication
- Processing and recording all payments and transactions
- Checking patients in and out
- Review treatment plans along with any fees and payment options
- All scheduling needs
- Answering phones** Working in the call center
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs
- Outstanding customer service
- Maintaining a warm and friendly relationship with our patients and staff
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual preferred, but not required (Spanish & Polish)
Experience is desired, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is willing to learn. We provide care to not only children, but their families and want to give the best experience possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
