What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and pleasant manner
- Confirming appointments with customers on a daily basis
- Maintaining and updating contact management software
- Verifying that daily tasks are completed
- Working directly with clients on specific requests to provide a individualized experience
- Assisting with company development and growth. We are always open to new perspectives and ideas!
