Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Transcribe notes and messages as needed
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with project coordination as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at a Front Desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office management tasks
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a bonus
