Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the practice
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
-Sell skincare products and provide information regarding product line
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Process fee for service transactions and record in software
-Must be willing to do errands such as go to post office or bank
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Strong organizational skills
This position requires working at the Front Desk of an aesthetic plastic surgery practice so it is important for the candidate to have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations. MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK and work at a fast pace.
Additionally, proficiency in using phone systems is crucial for managing incoming calls. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, providing information, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with individuals at all levels within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. College degree preferred; Must be H.S. Graduate with minimum 5 years experience working in client service or medical office.
