Staff Accountant

Accounting Firm in Mountain Home, Arkansas has an immediate opening for a motivated individual who loves challenges and numbers. The right team member will be able to work independently & enjoy working with members of our community. You will be part of a small, close-knit group with the opportunity to use a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation skills.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Quickbooks & Quickbooks Payroll

• Familiarity with tax preparation

• Excellent computer and analytical skills

• Able to communicate effectively with clients

• Able to work independently

Requirements:

Accounting background with Quickbook and Quickbooks payroll experience preferred.

Tax preparation experience is a plus.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday through tax season with some Saturdays possible

• 4 day work week during the summer months.
