Front Desk Receptionist

Our team is ready to add a new Front Desk representative who is highly organized, energetic, and professional. As you would be the first impression of our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our patients.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and can multi task. As a Front Desk representative duties will be varied. Having dental insurance knowledge and dental terminology knowledge would be great for this position. We look forward to receiving your resume.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an occasional Friday.

• Responsibilities:
• - Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Check patients out accurately- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies- Schedule appointments and collect insurance information- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to transcribe messages accurately and efficiently- Comfortable working with computerized systems- Experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist (required) Knowledge of dental office procedures (required) - Knowledge of Eagle Soft (required) - Proficient in dental terminology (required)- Ability to provide exceptional customer support If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
