The candidate must have the ability to perform a variety of functions, including – but not limited to – the following: (1) managing incoming phone calls; (2) facilitating and maintaining contact between attorneys, staff and clients; (3) document management and filing; (4) have basic level of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office products and pdf. The right candidate must be able to observe strict confidentiality for all attorney-client matters and for all firm business.
The candidate must exhibit exceptional ability in the following areas: (1) client service; (2) time management; (3) organization and prioritization; and (4) communication. It is imperative that the candidate possess the initiative and ability to learn and work unsupervised in a fast paced yet fun and collegial environment. MUST be able to multitask and prioritize work. Fluency in a second language is not a requirement, but it is highly preferable. Pay is commensurate with experience.
