Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our agency. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in computer applications, and possess exceptional communication abilities. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Take customer payments either over the phone or in person
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Actively seeks out and performs other agency services support functions as requested or required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
