** Two Available Positions:**
- Full-time (Tuesday - Saturday morning) - 30 hours/week
-Must be available to work: Tuesday 10 -7, Wednesday 2-6, Thursday 10-7, Friday 12-5, and Saturday 8-1.
-Part-time ( Must be able to work Wednesday 2-6 and Thursday 10 - 7) - 12 hours/week

We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office that provides chiropractic, massage, and nutritional support for our community. We are looking for someone to help at our Front Desk Tuesday through Saturday morning each week. This is a 30-40 hour/week position with room for growth into a clinical assistant role for the right candidate. If you want to work with a great team in a holistic setting, this could be a great fit for you!
**The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with insurance in the healthcare setting. Must be reliable!**
Responsibilities include:
- Checking in and assisting patients in a courteous and efficient manner
- Calling to verify insurance policies
- Setting up insurance policies for patients in our EHR.
- Scheduling patients with chiropractors or massage therapists
- Accepting and recording payments for patients and answering general billing & insurance questions
- Answering phone calls
- Other tasks that support the functioning of the office as needed such as doing laundry (sheets & towels), getting new patient paperwork together, filing, etc.
