Description (including, but not limited to):
- Check in and out patients
- Collect co-pays
- Check eligibility packets are up to date
- Call no show patient
- Scan, fax, print, and copy any type of paperwork
- Reminder calls
- Send medical records
- Check medication request voicemail line
- Attend staff meetings
- Follow Covid-19 protocols
- Translate for patients who speak Spanish during appointments
Clinic hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- BEING BILLINGUAL IS REQUIRED
- Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience
