Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Description (including, but not limited to):

• Check in and out patients
• Collect co-pays
• Check eligibility packets are up to date
• Call no show patient
• Scan, fax, print, and copy any type of paperwork
• Reminder calls
• Send medical records
• Check medication request voicemail line
• Attend staff meetings
• Follow Covid-19 protocols
• Translate for patients who speak Spanish during appointments

Clinic hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• BEING BILLINGUAL IS REQUIRED
• Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
