Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. ```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide information about our products, services, and company policies to clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members

-Enter clients into the Electronic medical record

-Process paperwork as the clients leave

-Complete Laundry and maintain inventory of laundry

-Assist with maintaining bathrooms and therapist work areas.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Transcribe documents, memos, and meeting minutes accurately
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
