We are looking to hire another person to join our Front Desk team at our North Las Vegas office. You should be outgoing, friendly, and detail oriented. You must be able to multi-task effectively. You will need to have reliable transportation. This is a part time position for 16 hours per week. Additional hours may be available as the need arises and if you are available.
Schedule listed below:
- Tue: 4pm-8pm
- Wed: 4pm-8pm
- Thu: 4pm-8pm
- Sat: 8am-12pm
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
1. Greeting patients in a warm and welcoming manner when they arrive in our office.
2. Answering incoming phone calls and responding to text messages and emails.
3. Scheduling new and existing patients.
3. Verification of insurance benefits.
4. Completing requests for records from other providers and following up on those requests.
5. Managing referrals for imaging or consultation with other providers.
6. Working with other members of our team to complete designated cleaning assignments in the office each day.
Starting Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications.
Candidates must complete a one hour observation period at the Front Desk. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our office procedures and policies. This will allow you to accurately assess the position and see if our team is a good fit for you.
