General Duties / Basic Job Functions:
· Assist transportation scheduling
· Calling and following up with residents transportation dates & times
· Speaking with Case Manager of future transportation appointments, admissions, discharges, out on pass, any transportation concerns.
· Employee will be utilized as receptionist once transport duties completed. Answering phone and screening any personnel at the door.
· Maintain and enforce activities as appropriate.
· Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
· Report to supervisor for any questions
· Helping with admission packets.
· Other duties may be assigned

· Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, employee handbooks, and passenger boarding documents. Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills.
