Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual)

Quest Counseling & Consulting, a private nonprofit located in Reno, Nevada, provides behavioral health services to adolescents and adults including substance abuse and/or mental health disorders treatment.

We are looking for a full-time, bilingual, front office Administrative Assistant with one year of receptionist experience to join our team.

You will perform various tasks on a daily basis to help support our staff, so you should be able to multitask and prioritize with accuracy. We expect you to handle sensitive information confidentially. You should ultimately foster a whole team approach to client care while working directly with our clients, behavioral healthcare providers, co-workers, and other behavioral health facilities.

If you are able to combine exceptional communication and customer service skills with an ability to perform ‘behind the scenes’ tasks, we would like to meet you.

Successful candidates will employ the following essential traits:

• Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience, required.
