Bilingual highly preferred, great at multitasking, and a phenomenal team player. You are professional, positive, upbeat, personable and compassionate while interacting with patients and a master of organization. You do not let the small things sweat you and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment, while handling multiple priorities. At the Front Desk, you are the epitome of stellar customer service. You are responsible for preparing medical record charts for provider, gathering information from the patient in order to determine the need for their visit and documenting precise and accurate intake.
Job Duties:
-Responsible for welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly, courteous and caring manner.
-Checking in and verifying that all information in demographics, including insurance information are correct.
-Collecting payments
-Maintains the reception area clean
-Prep charts for next clinic day
In our search for the BEST fit, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
-1-2 years of customer service experience
- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of patient documentation
- Knowledge of Insurance and/or experience with verification of insurance eligibility
