Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a warm demeanor. This individual will handle all incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support.
Pay range: $16.50 - $24.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company, its products, and services.
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms and executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
