Operations Manager
We are looking for a person who is driven for greatness, extremely organized, and willing to be adaptable in the face of change. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance/service operations of our properties, ensuring that all buildings, equipment, and appliances are functioning properly while driving the team to deliver an unparalleled experience with speed. Reports to: Operations Director
Compensation: TBD, based on experience
Location: Office is in Kaukauna – requires some in-state travel (Green Bay to Madison and Milwaukee) during work hours. Occasional overnight travel

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
- Two years experience of leading a team to achieve outstanding results
- An efficient time manager who has the ability to prioritize their day, week and month
- Good working knowledge of generally used software/computer packages such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use critical thinking, problem solving and good judgment
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- An efficient time manager who has the ability to prioritize and complete a number of tasks throughout the day
What you are great at: (Responsibilities)
- Own implementation and Execution of the Company’s Vision and Objectives
- Lead the execution of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Lead service operations through the organization
- Active role in leveraging technology and systems to drive productivity
- Conduct 1 on 1 meetings & performance evaluations with all direct reports
- Walk, talk and live the Focus culture and recognize team members based on the culture
- Recruiting/hiring/termination of Team Members
- High-level resident and team members issues and concerns
- Motivating and Leading a team to achieve outstanding results
- Staying updated on industry best practices and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance maintenance operations.
- Enhance the skills and capabilities of service/maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Training and supervising service technician (maintenance) staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality service.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead remotely, effectively managing and coordinating service/maintenance activities across multiple properties or locations.
- Foster a cohesive and supportive work environment focused on meeting residents' needs with speed and excellence.
