Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for those few individuals who have the drive and hustle to go all in on themselves and the Salon company.

In this position, you would be responsible for the relationship with our guests and success of our team. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities:

SALON RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints.
• Informing hairstylists about customer appointments and requirements.
• Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory.
• Processing bookings, cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.
• Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.
• Assist with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products/services.
• Processing transactions, gift cards & retail
• Performing administrative tasks such as updating records and logging transactions.

SALON RECEPTION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2-year experience as a salon/spa receptionist.
• Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, CRM and Google Calendar, Docs and social media.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong marketing and sales abilities.
• Excellent customer service and skills.
• Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Available to work late shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 46 per week
