Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with providers and staff
- Collect and update patient information, including medical records and insurance details
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide administrative support to the dental office team as needed
- Able to present treatment in a way that patient wants to buy what they need (healthy tooth)
- Office is a specialty office where we see 6-10 patients a day.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental and medical records management and confidentiality protocols
- Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Pay: $20.54 - $24.74 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
