We are a fast-growing family-oriented firm located in Berwyn (Illinois). We are looking for an experienced hard-working person to join our team. The position will be for our front receptionist position. Pay depends on experience.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available.
- Monday: 9 am- 7 pm
- Tuesday: 9 am - 6 pm
- Friday: 9 am-4 pm
- One Saturday/mo: 9 am- 2 pm
Job requirements:
- Must speak Spanish
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Multi-tasking ability
- Organized
- Excellent customer Service
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic technology skills
- Collaborative
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the reception/welcome area tidy and clean
- Greeting, assisting, directing clients, guest, visitors to the right personnel
- Answering and routing phone calls, and emails to paralegals and attorneys
- Taking payments and logging them where appropriate
- Opening files as requested
- Organizing the firm's agenda for appointments
- Copying/Scanning files, client documents, etc
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
