Front Desk Receptionist

This Front Desk Receptionist position requires someone who can handle various administrative tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a positive and professional environment

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner; make them comfortable

- Monitor phone logs, answer/return phone calls and screen/direct them appropriately

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Retreive, date stamp and direct all mail, deliveries and packages

- Scan and file documents in appropriate client files

- Enter client information accurately into the case management system

- Assist with client billing as needed

- Maintain client confidentiality

- Organize and maintain office files

- Assist other staff as requestd

- Perform other general office duties as requested

- Maintain neatness and organization of the Front Desk and common areas

Experience:

- Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office

- Previous experience as an office assistant is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.62 - $18.84 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Atlanta, GA 30303: Relocate before starting work (Required)
