Sandy Music Academy is hiring a part-time receptionist (T-Th 3-8, Sat 10-2) Duties include answering calls, texts, emails, social media messages and walk-ins; maintain accurate online schedule with a good eye for detail, handle scheduling emergencies if needed. Sales experience strongly preferred. Incentive driven, happy, outgoing and talkative. Music experience is a plus but not necessary.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering Phones
- Sell people interested in music lessons on our academy and our amazing teachers
- Have a friendly, happy voice to help resolve any concerns existing students may have
- Quickly be able to access software to move students are needed
- Manage the flow of people coming in and out of the academy and maintenance a fun and positive atmosphere in the lobby.
- Assist Teachers and Students to ensure lessons are running smoothly and to maximize the time they have together.
- Register new Students
- Scheduling
- Maintaining Social Media Accounts
- Selling a small amount of retail
- Distributing memos
Position hours:
Ideally able to work 3 - 8 some week nights and Saturday from 10-2.
