We’re searching for a skilled individual to add to our staff. In this role, you will be tasked with greeting customers, answering phones, upkeeping our amazing showroom, and answering questions. You will never see the same trike twice! Our custom builds make for an exciting and diverse workload. You will be tasked with assembling various parts of trikes and ensuring they are compiled properly for our mechanics to assemble. We help many customers with physical disabilities that otherwise would prevent them from enjoying a normal bike ride.

The BASICS: Trike Inventory Specialist Responsibilities
- Greeting Customers
- Answering Phones
- Relaying Messages via company Chat
- Upkeep of Front Desk/ showroom
- Able to keep up with the fast paced environment while upkeep quality. It is a lot of fun!
- Communicate effectively and diligently while maintaining great customer service!
- Be comfortable with the use of tools, computers, and communicating to customers over the phone, chats/ email.
- Open to criticism to enhance your skill set (We want to help you succeed!).
- Communicate well in written and oral English.
- Able to lift/move upwards of 40-50 lbs
- We need Problem Solvers and Team builders. We are a small business family looking for more key members, these are people who go above and beyond!
- Consult with mechanics, speak with customers, and others.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
