SalaryWe are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist for our highly skilled and fast-paced General Surgeons office in St. George, Utah
Prerequisites:
- Be available Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm
- Great phone and in-person etiquette
- Happy and positive personality
- Well organized
- Ability to make proactive autonomous decisions
- Ability to adapt, multi-task and support co-workers to ensure a cohesive patient experience
- Experience utilizing various software (ex: Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Records, etc)
Job duties (include but are not limited to):
- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Schedule and prepare clinic appointments
- Accurately input
- Greet patients as they come into the clinic
- Take payments from patients over the phone and in office
- Communicate with other provider offices and hospitals
Preferences (preferred but not required):
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience working in a medical practice
