Front Desk Receptionist

Looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our clinic in St. George. Hours will be Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Looking for someone with a great work ethic and that will be great with our patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general office duties such as answering telephones, prescription line and patient callbacks.
• Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Counsels patients by transmitting doctors' orders and questions and explaining treatment procedures, medications and doctors' instructions to patients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
